    most recent visit was most disapointing snotty young adult service and less that satisfactory food will not ever return

    The Food makes up for the ambiance: Food is excellent, love the fried squash! I usually get the Fried Seafood Platter and share with my son. I wish they would relocate this place to make it more appealing to an upscale crowd. I would not bring any out of town guests or clients here as the atmosphere is not on the same level as the food. I usually take out from here.

    Don't be fooled by it's appearance!: It looks meek on the outside, but the food is fab on the inside!

    Service is always up-to-snuff and, believe me, the waitstaff will bend over backwards to make the customer happy.

    This is the best seafood in Jacksonville, hands down. You'd swear the seafood was being hand delivered off a fishing boat - it's that fresh!

    The portions are huge, we've always had to bring a "doggy bag" home - but never fed it to our dog. LOL

    Here's a perfect example of how good this place is: My dad took my kids and I there for dinner one night and bought an extra dinner to take home to my husband who had to work. When my husband opened up the package, everything he needed, from plasticware, to salt/pepper, napkins, bread & butter, salad with separate dressing, to the perfectly packed entree was inside. I've never seen a take out dinner so absolutely complete - it was like it was from a catering company!
