User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsDining here would be better if I knew that the service would be good. The last couple of trips there we have had issues with the wait staff. The timing of our food delivery was out of sync and when you have advised your waitress that you aren't in hurry then you would think they would get the message. Additionally, when your salad arrives before your appetizer then there is a problem. I know they can do better, we'll go back but our expectations will not be as high. We were compensated accordingly but we don't want to go to a restaurant to be compensated. We want to pay for good service and tasty food. It seems that this is a recurring theme here in Jacksonville, Customer service needs a makeover.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsFantastic eating experience: The service was delightfully pleasant.The food was excellent and the price was very reasonable. The waitress made me feel spoiled.She was polite and very attentive to any needs.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWill never return to this location: I thought that after two years somethings would've changed. NOPE! It took over 45 minutes for our waitress to take the drink order and another 37 minutes to get them. The food took 1 hour and 42 minutes to receive and it was warm (not hot). The manager tried to offer desserts to compensate. Nope, he should've tore up the ticket! This is the same thing that happened two years ago. Both times it was a family of four and the orders were basic! NEVER AGAIN!

I was raised in AB and you should have seen the choices back in the 80's and 90's. Blue collar redneck with sweeeeeet tea! More choices now but the place is too darn crowded since the Jags came to town. You can buy decent lamb now.
