    This was one of the best expierences I have had purchasing a vehicle. I am extremely pleased with the way Duval Ford's sales person,Bruce, handled our purchase. He worked hard for us. I would refer this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy their next car. The enviroment was relaxed and everyone was upbeat and friendly. I love the new car!!

    OUTSTANDING JOB: THE SERVICE I RECIEVED AT DUVAL FORD WAS GREAT .NOT ONLY DID I GET THE SUV I WANTED AT THE RIGHT PRICE ,I ALSO WAS TREATED LIKE A VALUED CUSTOMER BY EVERY ONE THERE.THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE DELT WITH DUVAL FORD AND I WILL CONTINUE TO GO TO THEM ONLY. THE SALES PERSON THAT HAS HELPED ME BOTH TIMES IS HERB BOHANNON AND I WOULD RECOMEND HM TO ANYONE BECAUSE HE IS A OUTSTANDING SALES PEARSON.

    Pirate Lemon Salesman: I recently purchased a used 2000 Ford Focus. I Gentleman by the name of Vernon sold it to us. They sold us a Lemon Car!. The Trunk sticks and the only way to get into is, we had to Jerry rig it to make the back seats fall down, and then you have to climb into the trunk and open the latch from inside the trunk! Our back windshield just shattered for no apparent reason! And when they sold this to us, they didn't replace anything such as spark plugs, oil, air filter I mean nothing. Our oil looked like chocolate syrup. Every consumer pays about 200.00 for this service to be provided. It's rediculious. Everytime we would try to go back to the dealership they informed us Vernon no longer worked there due to some Sales Pitch Lies. So now we thought we had a warranty and we don't.
    Duval Ford is horrible, and the Employee's are worse too. One of them even made me cry! I would tell everyone, don't go there, I've only had this car for 5 months! and I've already had all these engine problems, body problems, There's still Glass in my trunk from the rear window! Please don't shop there, if I wasn't paying on this I would immediatly get a new vehicle!.
