    Never a bad time or meal !!!: This is one of those places that no matter what time you go, what you order, or who you are with, you will have a GREAT time with GREAT food and a truly friendly atmosphere. An authentic family owned Italian restaurant right here in Jacksonville. You would expect to find a place like this in New York, Chicago or Philly. The staff is fun, helpful and courteous. My favorites are the veal chop, osso bucco, chicken/veal/shrimp francese, seafood bada-bing, stuffed portabella mushroom and fried calamari. End your night with some espresso or my favorite... Limoncello. Giulio, the owner/chef will check on tables him self and make sure everything is just right. Most of the workers are family and the bartenders remember your drink and how you like it !!! WARNING: This place is VERY addictive !!!

    A magnificent resturant that reminds me of the atmosphere of some of the great Italian resturants in Little Italy in New York City. An extensive menu of veal, fish, pasta, and beef prepared in true italian style, with large portions like grandma used to make. Great service, superior food and a comfortable atmosphere make Vito's the place to go if you are looking for an Italian dining experience that even "Tony Soprano" would love.
