User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsCalled 4 times to see if a product was in stock...just kept ringing. Finally asked to speak with a supervisor, twice. I was on hold for 15 minutes...no response. Total time waiting to speak with ANYONE, 30 minutes. No one ever answer the phone, just an operator to tranfer me to perpetually ringing phones...what a waste of time.
