This place suck. They do not stand behind the warranty. We bought a set of tires only to find out that they had been discontinued. After only one week they had baseball size bubbles on more than one tire. After buying another set of tires, we were then told that they would not warranty the other set. We paid over $700.00 for a set of tires that should have cost $450.00 Stay away bad news. Its not over yet. We plan to sue.
I took my car to the Tire Kingdom in Yulee Fl for an oil change i recieved a coupon for and was told would be 1/2 hour before they could get to it. An hour and a half later still hadn't got my car in the shop. When I asked when it should get in the shop I was told as soon as the truck getting an alignment was done, Some time later the mechanic backed the truck out and drove down the road for a few minutes and came back and added air to one of the front tires, drove again and put back on the alignment rack. I know enough about alignments that the air pressure should have been checked before the alignment not after. After another 20 minutes i asked for my keys and left. I drove to the TIre Kingdom in Fernandina and was told they only had two techs and one had to go to lunch yet. It was now 2:30 p.m. and was told if i left the car it would be done by 8:00 p.m. at closing time. I left the coupon and advised them i wouldn't be back. I was a service manager for Dodge, Chrysler and Jeep dealerships for over 30 years and can see TIre Kingdom has no intention of having any fast and conveinent oil change facilities. Nobody made any effort at either store to get my oil change completed at all. Very poor customer service.
Took my car to get a tire plugged. They told me that I needed new tie rods. that all 4 were broke. it would cost 415. i took my car to the saturn dealership and they said my car was fine. they tried to get me to spend money i didnt need to spend.
