This dealership has to be the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. They are very rude and the sales person actually yelled at us for not buying a car from them. He said we had wasted his time. How does he think yelling at a customer is going to make them change their minds to go ahead and purchase a car from them? He did call the next day to apologize but was still even rude when he did. I will never go back to this dealership and I don't recommend anyone else should either.
i love nissan coggin they was great i am 19 as well as my husband who is in the navy we went to like 5 car dealerships then decided to go there they got us into a car that day unlike everyone else who turned us down for being young i got a 2006 chevy hhr from them i love it we got a really good deal speak with mike he will get you into a car that day he is great
I would never go there again!!!!: Lying, dishonest, money hungry is an understatement for Coggin Nissan. I had my vehicle towed their through my insurance company. It was understood that I would be paying $80.01 for two keys. They charge me $300 for my keys. I had a $95 dollar miscellaneous charge and $20.00 waste charge. I try my best to always put a smile on people face on a everyday base. I never understood why people get mad a curse at someone on the job. Until that day. I took control of my emotions and paid the amount, because it was the end of the day, and I had to pick my kids from daycare. I called the next day and the General Manager didn't want to help me out, he told me I was not a frequent customer and was very rude on the phone. The front desk lady name was Shawnna and the General Manager name is Jason Burhyte. It hurt me just to give Coggin Nissan a one star rating.
