This place advertises on the net as a Triumph dealer but it actually isnt. Also, their customer service stinks. If you contact them by phone you are usually put on hold for long periods of time and then hung up on. Should you call back and get ahold of someone you must explain your issue again and the whole put on hold hang up experience starts over again. I would consider any other dealership but this one in terms of parts and service department. I bet their sales staff is good though??????

Based on a previous review, I was nervous, however I found the service and hospitality to be exceptional. I was told exactly what was wrong with my bike, and because it was so cheap, I pitched in and helped my son buy a new bike. Because it was cheap for him, he ended up buying a 4-wheeler for his son.We both left extremely happy and can't wait to do business again.
