User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI have had a great experience there thus far. The management is very friendly and strait up as well as the maintenance man. They only have one maintenance man for the whole complex and he is organized and prioritizes his work orders. As in Water Leaks and A/C units come over changing a light bulb or light fixture. The utilities there range for the 3 bed room 2 1/2 bath from $200 up to $400 from what I have seen, but that is average for a place as old as it is. They do give out a flier for lead based paint because they have to since the place was built before 1978.
