    bought a car: I called them because of a flyer i had on my car no other dealership would even talk to me i called the number that was on there his name was erik acevedo he was awesome and i bought a used ford fusion which i love and have no problems you should give erik a call he can help anyone if he helped me ...

    Bait and switch?: I bought the sharpest 2002 silver Focus and had it only a few months. Then they called me in to trade it for a lemon, er, I mean car with lower affordable monthly payments.

    2 months later when I tried to trade that in I was told that my credit was not good enough! Talk about a double standard!!!

    Horrible service experience: I owned my truck for less than two months and I got a Transmission Error code. I brought the truck in and they charged me $50 off the bat just to look at it. Then they gave me a rental that they said I would have to pay for if whatever they find wasn't covered under my warranty. TWO MONTHS. I havent even changed the oil yet and I'm getting charged for everything!!! They were very rude too. I'll never buy a Ford again.
