This has to be the worst car dealship. They attack you like animals. There Coggin Assurance program is not what you think it is. I tried to return my vehicle within the 5 day return policy and a manager told me there has to be something mechanically wrong with the vehicle in order for me to return it, not because I am unsatisfied with the vehicle. Don't buy from any Coggin dealership. I would give this a no star rating if I could.

Service will over charge you and leave grease all over your car which shows me they did not use fender pads. Charged me 50% more than what dealers are supposed to charge per autorepair.com

There sales people will screw you in an heart beat and their parts department charges more than other Nissan Dealerships.

So if you want to be their next MARK! Go do business with them!

Do not purchase from any Coggin Dealer they are horrible.

We Purchased a 04 Nissan Sentra 40 days ago. Within the first two weeks the car was having problems. We took it to the service department and Here's what their certified mechanics say is wrong with the car.
All the belts have to be replaced

    It needs a new battery.
The electrical system has to be looked at because something's not right
There is a problem with a heat shield that is over the catalytic converter, that has to be replaced.

This is from an accident that happened with the previous owners. The car was in a severe head on collision and had extensive frontend damage which the carfax states that it is a salvaged or junk title. They held off giving us the ccarfax until after we signed our contract

    The frame is bent.
There's a loud knocking noise coming from the car due to the accident.

THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT TOLD US THE CAR SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN SOLD THE WAY IT WAS TO US BECAUSE IT WASN'T PROPERLY INSPECTED BEFORE LEAVING THE LOT.

Everyone at the dealer agrees with us that it's not fair but they are not willing to say we screwed up lets fix it.

We purchased an extended warranty because the car is an older vehicle. We take the car in for services and this is what they tell us.
Coggin Nissan has a 5 day quality assurance on all their used vehicles!
They will not pay for any of the repairs.
Our extended warranty does not cover anything on the list above because of the prior accident.
They told us they can trade this car in for another vehicle and add the negative equity from the Nissan onto the newer car, and our payments would be higher. They can't just take the car back and give us another one.

With tax, tag and finance charges we are paying a total of 15,000 dollars on a 2004 Nissan Sentra.

Why should the consumer suffer for their mistakes??

We have hired a attorney to handle the case. We are going to put this car dealer out of BUSINESS.
