Its and enzymatic product that gobbles up all the dirt n grease, encapsulates then suspendes it away from your carpet fibers and waits for us to blast and extract it out with our Truck Mounted steam system. If requested we can also add another Chem Spec product called Kill Odor Plus that is another type of enzyme that gobbles up pet odors.
