User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsNo stars if I had the choice terrible non english speaking lady answered the phone and was of no help what so ever. The 32301 phone shoves you off to the 800 number useless.
User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsI would really like to talk with someone at the Post Office, but the number provided above is just an answering machine referring us to the national post office answering machine. Forget service when dealing with this branch.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starspostal service behind in times: its so sad these days to see that our postal service is living in the dinasour age , well I guess it is ran by a bunch of old people. My complaint is simple , after a discussion with the US postal service customer service representitive, I was told that there is no way to track any mail unless it express. All I had asked is if there is anyway to let my postal carrier know that a package w/ live marine life was being sent to me . The package has the wrong address on it (instead of 316 it has 613) No big deal right . The mail man would simply go three blocks down and deliver it properly. NO WAY they wont even do it I got Oh well sorry, I cant help . I mean how hard is it to say ," Hey bob this package needs to go to 316 not 613 ," not like it is an envelope its live marine life clearly labeled . In my opinion the postal service obviously has NO communication services between itself or for us . I hope the fish dont die ! sad in tallahassee
