User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsDissapointed: I'm Very dissapointed with (Tacticts)at Olive Garden which was my favorite place to eat, I could never figure out the collection of bill as I'm always given gift certificates for special occasions & always take a friend with me & never seem to agree or understand why my gift certificates went so fast untill last time I was there & figured out the cashier takes out their tip (gratuity) from my gift card without informing Guest of this, I (we) always left nice tip & extra nice if service was great, both of us, I don't mind Tipping at all, this is what I do mind is not being informed or asked about this & recieving double tip,.to me it's very unfair & to me dishonest, most of the time service is ok & food delicious,.,o I'm now a dissatisfied customer. .. thanks for taking time to read this.W.J.l

I was there recently for my Godchildren's birthdays and our waitress was 'spacey' and rather unattentive. Overall, Olive Garden has good food, okay service, and all at a fair price. My only other complaint: no reservations. But, oh well. Enjoy!
