Clean Getaway Car Wash

Got my truck washed today and when I looked at the vehicle after it was ready, there were streaks from dried-on detergent all over it! When I brought this to the attention of the car wash personnel, they completely denied that it was their fault and did not offer a refund or an opportunity to correct the problem. They should have done three things, #1 We are sorry it hapened, #2 We would like to offer you a refund, #3 Lets take the time to fix this for you. This was without a doubt the worst car wash I have ever seen!! I would not recommend this car wash to anyone, do not take your vehicle here. I had to go in and ask for a refund and then go home and spend the rest of my day correcting the problem. Costing me an additional $40 + dollars on chemicals to fix it. Uninvolved management, personnel that do not care, bad combination for the consumer.

Loved it!!: I really like going to this establishment because of the attention to detail they provide, while working in a very fast-paced environment. The guys I have had work on my vehicles always remember me and what I want done to each vehicle. Kudos!!
