Excellent service!!!..The staff was friendly and professional. I sent a package Sat. Aug 16th at approx. 2 p.m.(closing time) and the receiver got it Mon. Aug 18th. I am so pleased.
I'm not sure where this is where the problem is but this is the station I get my mail from. I own a floral business and when dealing with floral I need things sent Express mail. I receive about 3 to 6 packages a week and without fail at least 2 or more packages a week are not delivered on time. I pay on average $24 to $29 for each express package. I have complained every week for the past year, a;most everyone at the Sunbeam rd. location is aware of the problem, and most of them know me by now, but no one will do anything to correct the problem or help to see if they can locate where the problem might be. The branch manager gives me the 1-800 number and tells me to call or go on the internet and make a complaint. You would think after all this time and she being aware of the problem, that maybe, she being the Manager not me, would possibly be concerned enough to maybe use her inside knowledge to get an answer or at least inquire to try to find out where the problem may be. Nope, not one finger lifted for me, except the middle one. I get the same answer every time, we are so sorry, but at least you get your money back. Yeah, that's nice but who will replace the $300 or more I lose every time a customer gets their floral design delivered the day after their wedding. Since the beginning of this year I have had 138 packages delivered and 58 have been a day or more late, and that's this year only. Whoever decided to hire FedEx to fly the packages for the P.O. should be fired on the spot. What a move that was!
