Went there for a special occasion, everything was just horrible. The waiter was clueless, the atmosphere was completely dark with a spot light directly over your table, it felt like an interrogation room. The service took forever and we finally received our food with different sides than we ordered. The portions are really small for the price, the steak was charred/burnt, and mash potatoes were cold and you could tell they were just squeezed out of a baker's bag. After the meal, I tried contacting the manager and even wrote them regarding my awful experience. The night before I ate at TGI Fridays; the food was twice as good, bigger portions, and 1/3 of the price, go figure.

I was very disappointed with the service I received. I arrived at 2 P.M, there was nobody inside except me and the staff and it still took 30 minutes to get my hamburger. I also asked for the french fries to be well done but they came out soggy.

Great place in a great location: Right in the middle of downtown this place is fantastic for business meetings or watching people. the wait-staf is always attentive and the food is very good. Also the $5 martinis are excellent.

In the downtown area they also have free wireless Internet, so you can have a drink and a bite to eat while finishing up work. I've received the same level of service and quality food every time I've been there.
