Coggin Chevy at the Avenues

I used their service department because I needed a part that only they could provide. Every time I talked to one of their service department secrataries and even my representative Joy they were all rude and treated me like an idiot they didn't want to spend their "precious" time on! They got my car done but I haven't picked it up yet, I wonder how long the repairs last!

Salesman wasted 3 hours of my time: On a hectic day, I decided to check the prices on new Chevy trucks and went to Coggin at the Aves. I walked around there for 15 minutes without being noticed. Since no one approached me, I kept on checking new and used trucks. Finally, a used car salesman, who was just passing by, asked me what do I want? I explained what I needed but each time I inquired about any rebates or discounts, he kept on bragging about giving me a good deal if I buy the truck today. He never gave me the price I was looking for. He did not have any knowledge of new truck sales. I also mentioned that I have to wait til monday before I purchase a truck. He asked me to come back when I am ready. Later, I called the dealership and complained about the service. I did not get anything positive. Well, I'll not go back there anymore. I recommend others to do the same and avoid this location. Try others. Zero stars

Horrible: This place wasted a bunch of my time by telling me they had me financed then when I went back with my down payment they sent me away and told me they would contact me the next day. They didn't call by the time I had gone to my bank and got my own financing. Went back to get the car I had picked out but the salesman got rude. Tried telling me there was no insurance cost difference between a 2 or 4 door car and didn't like it when I called him on his lie. I told him I could go get the same model car up the road at Jerry Hamm and the salesman told me my bank wouldn't let me finance the same car for a lower price. Needless to say I DID go right up the road to Jerry Hamm and had my car driving home within an hour
