User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsWe also typically order from BJ's on our first night during our vacation stay on the island, but we decided to order carry out on a Sunday night instead. We only had to wait 20 minutes and our pizzas came out great. I have to say, this was one of the very best veggie pizza I have had and was hands down the best pizzas we have gotten from BJ's in 14 years of visiting the island. My biggest gripe is the outlandish prices they charge...$40+ for 2 pizzas and some breadsticks. It is serious price gouging and I'm tempted to just by frozen next time from the Piggly Wiggly in Apalach. despite the great taste.

We spent our Saturday night on the Island waiting for our party to be fed in shifts. They were moderately busy but by the time our parents were done eating, our kids had not gotten their food. When vacationing in St. George the last 7 or so years we always make BJ's our Saturday night outing...never again.

For the years that we have stayed on this island, BJ's has become a tradition for our first nights dinner... no more. The last few times the service has been EXTREMELY slow (unless you're friends with the kids at the desk taking the orders) and prices are high for pizza that isn't worth writing home about. Unfortunately, the previous reviewer is correct when they say that BJ's has the monopoly on the island... our vacations will be pizza free from now on. We're all about island time but seriously, unless you have a good 2 hours to kill try some of the other great restaurants on the island...
