User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThe food is good. The service is terrible. Po Folks is right. The to-go ladies act like they are true backwood employees. An order of chicken to go promised in 25 minutes, will actually take 55 minutes. And do not bother to complain, all they say is sorry mam! NO customer service skills!!!!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsGreat Family Place, Great Prices: Fantastic service, the best restaurant in Panama City Florida. The prices are great for any family budget. The food is delicious, especially the chicken dumplins. On Wednesdays, theres a clown for the kids. And kids eat free, 12 and under.
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsYa'll gonna like this here place: Po Folks is a great place to go for some southern cooking, This is definately one of my regular places to go out and eat. My favorites are: The Country Fried Steak topped with white gravy, Chicken Tenders or the Friday special which is an excellent Grouper. These dishes come with two choices of veggies and the options of either a rather large sized biscuit, hushpuppies, cornbread or breadstick (the best breadsticks ever). The prices are affordable for a family that might not have a lot to go out to a more expensive restaurant. The food is very good and I recommend if your in town to stop by there at least once to try it out.
