User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsIt amazes me how people that are LEGALLY towed will always whine and complain in order to try and smear the reputation of a company and employees that are just doing their job. The personnel at American Eagle are knowledgable, professional & courteous. For your information, pictures are always taken BEFORE a vehicle is towed to show prexisting damage, did this person happen to mention that in their post? Nope. So that just tells me that their claim of damage was unfounded! POINT, SET, MATCH!

Not very happy, I didn't notice until the next day my car looked like they dragged the back of it along a fence. Look your car over before it leaves the lot no matter how late you pick it up ... lesson learned. To American Eagle .. learn to be more careful when towing cars!
