VERY dissapointed: The Ivy Shop has a very professional looking website, so it gives the impression that they must be very good at what they do. But judging by my experience they have no idea what they even offer on their site. I suppose they paid someone to build it for them and never bothered to look at it. I ordered 3 bouquets (by phone) choosing from their web page selections and informed the lady that's what I was doing. I provided the name of the bouquets and the item number. The lady clearly had no idea what I was talking about and she asked me to describe to her the flowers that were in each bouquet. I opened the 'details' section of the bouquets on my computer (as she SHOULD have been able to do herself) and read aloud to her each flower that was in each one. Each of the arrangements I chose had a certain look to it and I chose them for a reason, they matched the personalities of the ladies I was sending them to. I expected them to get the flowers that I ordered, as you would. Well, they got the type of flowers I ordered, meaning that I when told her the first arrangement had 6 roses in it, they made an arrangement with 6 roses. BUT I chose a very modern, contemporary, beautiful arrangement and that is not what was delivered. It looked like any other 6 rose arrangment in a plain vase with no modern look at all. Then on my second one she moved the price up $11.00 from what it was labeled on the website. And even though I told her that's not what THEY quoted that arrangement to be and I wanted it exactly like on the page, she wouldn't budge on it. The third one was supposed to be very plain, having only two colors (the girl's favorite colors) again exactly like on the site and they stuck in all sorts of things that were not supposed to be there. It is apparent to me that she had no idea what those arrangements were supposed to look like and didn't care enough about my business to stop and look. And to top it off she tells me that she is going to "do me a favor" by only charging me one delivery charge. Well, all three deliveries are going to the same room in the same building. And the policy on the website clearly reads that if the different arrangements are going to the same place then you are only charged once. But this woman had the nerve to tell me what a BIG favor she was doing me. Of course maybe if they don't even know what arrangements they offer, asking them to be familiar with their own policy is just too much to ask.

I won't make that $130 mistake again.

*By the way, I know that they reserve the right to "substitute" but that wasn't the case here.
