    I spoke with commissioner Girvin about predatory building scams going on in Bay County and his response was that it sounded like a story for Readers Digest. I may very well do that but do you really want the ugly truth about the high risks of building in BAY COUNTY to come out?? It may discourage people from relocating here. I sure wish someone had warned me.
    You should be ashamed of yourself Mr. Girvin for such a careless comment!

    Would this problem be of any concern to the commission if this contractor's daddy wasn't on county boards???
