Good food & view but building needs maintenance: A friend recommended Harbor House when I mentioned our anniversary spot was under construction. They weren't very busy so it made me a little nervous but we were seated promptly and our waitress was sweet. Average price was $20. We were served salads and warm bread while we waited for our meal. The food came quickly and was good. Our only complaint is that the ceiling paint was pealing, the carpet needed to be stretched, and the wall divider needed attention. A little paint, a window washer, some bead board on the wall divider and a carpet stretcher would do the place wonders. I also realize we had some storms a little while back that may have something to do with it. When our old spot is finished it will still be our anniversary spot but we will find an excuse to come back to Harbor House. The food and staff are worth it.

Never Again: While the view is still beautiful the food is just plain awful anymore. The woman who is now DESTROYING the food there needs to go back to Burger King.
