User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWow, here it is three years since the last reviewer wrote, and I have an issue that started with the pharmacy! I tried to call in a re-fill but the service never picked up. Usually I just have to enter my phone number and Rx number, then it is done. The phone at the phamacy just rang and rang. I then tried to contact the on-duty manager; however I was placed on ignore for over 5 minutes each time. I finally got to talk to a manager, who knew nothing and asked my to call back in ten minutes. Well here I go again trying to get in touch with the manager though the stores imbeceles on the phone. After several tries, I do get to talk to him, who tells me that the store lost power and he can't reset the answering machine in the pharmacy. I spent over 30 minutes trying to get a refill and still got nothing. They need to work on customer service, and a UPS on the answering maching in the pharmacy wouldn't be a bad idea either.
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsShopping is Great, Pharmacy is Lacking: I do most of my shopping at Wal Mart. I think it's great when it's not too crowded. I find most things I need at this Wal-Mart. I think the pharmacy is horrible, though. I waited at the pharmacy window for 20 minutes, and the lady that finally helped me was extremely rude. They never filled my prescription, and told me that they called me about it, but I never received any messages....so I had to go back to my doctor and explain and get a new prescription. I've never gone back since. I do like the rest of the store, though. And I also had a good experience at the eye center.

You got the same thing as me . one time I sat there 4 hours for a bottle of insulin. I guess they got tired of me setting there. there is no excuse for this. if they need to hire good help or more help why put the customers through this . I motife them 2 days in ad vance and they still dont have it ready. and they go look on the internet and it s there? see what I mean. they should stay open 24 hours a day if they are this busy. when I dont get my meds I will die.
