New Walmart New location: Walmart in Quincy is now more populated than ever now that it is in it's new location. The only disadvantage is that it's closer to Tallahassee than the city of Quincy, which means that people have to travel further to get there. Which makes it harder for some of the older people. As usual, Wal-mart's food sucks, so don't buy anything to eat there. But if they have them the slushies rock. So be sure to stop by and grab a slushie! Walmart is full of interesting things. Now with a food court, and frozen foods section along with the same old pharmacy,electronics section and clothing section. You'll never run out of things to do. Too bad their jewlery department is always comming up short on supplies for beaded jewlery and there is nothing as far as scrapbooking materials. If they had a wider selection in the hobbies department, there truly would be no reason to go anywhere else. But to compare the new Walmart with the old one is no contest. The new Walmart wins, hands down! Fred's is in place of the old Wal-mart and we welcome it to our city.
