I needed an ultrasound, but the Director would not accept it, due to the cost, so I paid for it myself, I had to get the results from them because they ordered it, when I called they said the were really busy and someone would call me back. After waiting for 3.5 hours I called back, and again was told they were really busy, and The woman named Florence hung up on me, so I picked my self up and drove all the way into town at 8:15 on friday night, not only was the parking lot empty, when I got there, but some large amazonian woman told me when the Dr. was done seeing patients, he would tell me the results, after pitching a fit about how I was going to let the director know how I was being treated, they called me back immediately, and in 2 minutes I got my results. What happened to compasion of medical people, I was not waiting for an ultrasound on an ingrown toenail or something stupid. I hope this helps people who read this, on the way you get treated there. Just becuase we don't have insurance is no reason to be treated like a second class citizen. I can not reach the Director for comment, FIGURES, but when the bill comes for the blood draw, lets see how lnog it takes me to pay it, since they said I could make payments, I will drag this out for a year or so, RETRIBUTION sometimes is the best way to get the point accross. :)

If you are trying to call for information, don't bother. The menu options are long and confusing, you'll be on hold for forever, and the people working there are rude.
