An Honest Business: I came for an oil change, and the last place that did my oil put silicon around where the oil comes out of the bottom, because they made a mistake and didn't want it to leak (or me to know about it). Mike, the owner, told me that he could not get the cap to come off the bottom. He told me that he could use an impactor gun to get it off, but he might strip the threads off. He said to take it back to the last place that did my oil change and have them fix it, because he did not want to charge me $65 an hour to fix the problem. I had a good conversation with him about honest business, and he voiced that he hates when other places take shortcuts and don't do the job right. Then I went to leave, but my car would not start. The switch on my brakes had broken off and the lights had drained my battery. He spent thirty minutes to help me fix the problem and recharged my battery just to help me out and he didn't ask for anything in return. I will be going to Super Lube on N Monroe after the last place I went to fixes the problem they created.
