User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThe Worst Service experience in Bay County! Budget car sales refused to let give us the asking price before test driving the vehicle. Of course i was shocked here stood three uniformed military members on lunch break testing the market and were talked down to and treated with disrespect. I make it a point to tell everyone here at the AFB to avoid Budget car sales! If you are irresposible with money and have bad credit and no choice budget however might be your only bet.

Credit from hell and all; but still thinking optimistic! Car Fax a major must these days, they seem pretty good.I'll give you all my experince in a day or three:)

Chris Cogburn and the staff at Budget were nothing less that dignified when it came to meeting our needs. They made the car buying experience exciting and affordable. When they say guaranteed approval, they mean it. I would recommend Budget Car Sales to anyone with less than perfect credit and who need good quality cars at an affordable price. Chris, your aces in my book!!!!

I beg to differ with you Scott W. I went to Budget Care sales with the high hopes of finding a car for my son before he leaves for college. I have less than perfect credit due to breast cancer and filing bankruptcy because of the medical bills and a single Mom..We came all the way from Marianna, FL and told them what he could afford and the payment...they came up with a $400.00 payment( final word)(crazy) and when they realized that we could in no way afford that...that was the end of the sale and out the door...I too had seen the TV ads and had really high hopes that we could get my son a car..not one mention of the 49.00 down and payments lower than your major dealerships...WE CAME AWAY VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. So no...when they say guaranteed approval they don't mean it....
I agree on that sunshine....I asked about the 49.00 payment. They said that I have to qulify for that price. That is very disappointing to us.
