    From the time I stepped on the car lot, to the minute I drove off in my new Civic, customer service was top notch! The young lady greeted us with an enthusiastic spirit and kept our attention with her amazing product knowledge. I will recommend her to all my friends and family. If you dread the car purchasing process and would like to deal with a down to earth, friendly sales person go to Honda of Panama City and ask for Brenda Davenport. Be sure to tell her Ricky and Camy sent you and we wish her well.

    When we received a call about a memorial day sale, telling us they would pay our gas money to get there and promising us payoff for our vehicle, we were delighted to make the 1hour 45 minute drive. When we arrived, the did not even have vehicle they promised. We were passed around to 4-different sales people as other customers took an obvious piority even thought we were ready to buy. They lied to us over and over for nine hours and when the finance people were ready to sell us a car that was a comprise of our original promise, all the sales people had magically gone home and the price had jumped a couple thousand. The following week we recieved threatening phone calls from the dealership claiming the wheels were not part of the deal. I bought my honda from Gary Smith, and would reccommend the drive to Ft Walton!!

    Perfect... gave me a quote online... professional, courteous... just exactly what I wanted from them... and they never pushed me to buy ... will DEFINITELY buy from them... Honda dealer west of them took over TEN emails to get price and then would not give clear answers about their "free" warranty...
