User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsHorrible Service: I bought my car there a brand new mustang GT convertable. Not only was the sales man extremely pushy and not willing to work with me, there a ton of hidden fees that I had to have them remove before I signed the contract. Also, it took over 3 months and several phone calls to get my registration to come in where this normally only takes a week. Their service department has an online appointment schedule that they apparently never check for appointments. There exact works were "never heard of it". Overall All american ford on both Tennessee and Magnolia need a rude wake up call to let them know that we are their customers and they should treat us as such
