User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsAwful! I generally love sending cookie bouquets, but will NEVER use this particular shop again. They made a billing error and charged my account double, and now they will not refund the money. They tried to blame it on a bank error, but the bank says that my card number was used at two different times of the day, using two different transaction numbers. Stay away from this particular shop...something very sneaky is going on there.
