Incorrect orders: At least 5 of the orders taken while I was there were wrong. Either partially (forgetting minute details) or completely (whole item was not what was ordered.) Orders were passed out not in the order they were taken,also. There were people who came in the store after I put in my order who got their food before me.

don't drive through!: I went to Taco Bell yesterday at 2:00 thinking it would be fast because lunch was over. I waited in line for 10 min while 3 other cars got waited on then it was my turn. I was asked to wait. 5 min later a man came on line finally and asked what I would like. I told them a number 6 combo he told me my total and told me to pull up. I told him I would like to finish my order. he said well I can't finish it here because I already closed it pull up.
When I got to the window no one was there. finally a man came to the window and looked at me so I asked are you finishing my order? he shook his head yes. I told him what I wanted and he walked away. Another man came to the window with water and soap up his arms and took my money. Then I pulled forward and the first man again was at the window. he looked at me and walked away. A few min later a woman came and gave me my food and said thankyou and have a nice day. I asked her if it would be ok to have my drink. I understand that people have bad days but to get through a drive thru in 20 min with only 2 other cars in front of you i a joke! I will say that it is the best food I have had at Taco bell for a while and the Tomato's were actually good this time. But I would have like to have ordered a different type of Sauce on my order if I would have been asked or let to finish my ordering!
