What a disappointment! Iâm a military vet who purchased a Satellite radio for my soul mate for a Christmas present. Unknown to me we bought a new car before the holiday which came with Satellite. So I went back to return the unit just to be informed they make NO refunds!!! They politely mention it is labeled on the door as you exit, you know after you purchase anything and on your way out. So I decided I could sell this unit and ask to refund the installation chargeâ¦NOPE thatâs still a refundâ¦NO REFUNDS AT ALL!!!

They did mention I can have store credit. So I started to look at GPS units but before making this type of exchange I did some research just to find out the same products they sell are HALF THE PRICE down the street at BestBuy! BestBuy is only about 2miles away and guess what? They make refunds with no question asked.

If you are considering purchasing any electronics for your car or truck I would definitely recommend going somewhere else!

LongTerm: Wattsound seems like they have been around forever, yet they continue to hold their place in the local car audio sales business. The selection of products is quite exotic for the average budgeter as well as the prices. Nevertheless, it is still a good place to find deals on quality products (check the Red Tag sales). The staff can be somewhat uninformed at times, but there is usually at least one on hand that has a good knowledge and is willing to help. If your looking for extreme quality car audio and don't mind the prices, then this is where you will want to shop.
