    Terrible. I brought a car in to get some pistons replaced and they forget to put the alternator belt back on! Plus, after the car's battery died, they refused to pay for the tow! I wouldn't trust them fixing a skateboard. Go else where and you are gaurentted to be more satisfied than making the mistake of going to Diagnostic.

    The problem is the same problem the rest of the town has with Diagnostic Tune. THEY DON"T CARE!!! They'll happily take your money, kick you in the bum, and thell you to never come back. It happened to me with an AC system they put in. I can assure you I did not abuse the system, I'm not a child and I will never go back to that horrible place with that horrible man.

    I don't know what happened with Jenn, but I have never had a lick of trouble with Diagnostic Tune. Their people are friendly and efficient. I suspect that Jenn's problem was some sort of a blip on the screen. Having known them for more than ten years, I would take any of my cars there any time. One a lighter note, one has to wonder how a 4 year old burns out a clutch. I waited until mine were at least eight before I let them handle a manual transmission. :-)
