    The driest,nastiest ribs I have ever eaten in my life.Taste like they came off of a 40 year old hog.They served me burnt fried okra that you could squeeze a tablespoon of grease out of from each piece...If you want the taste of grease that might have been saved from the civil war..Then this would be the place.If you want something that resembles real food..I suggest going somewhere else...this pertains to the one on the beach and the one in panama City as well...

    40 years and still smokin', I think not. Last time we were there we bought a picnic pack to go and gave plenty of time to prepare it right, we picked it up and the chicken was so dry that with every bite you had to have a drink or you'd choke. The ribs were tougher than they are suppose to be and wasn't much meat on the bone at all. We use to enjoy the food and I know some people still do and that's good for them but the last couple times we have ate there whether it was to go or inside we didn't care for it and I don't think Sonny's will be an option for us anymore.
