This is one of those funky pizza joints you find in college towns, hidden from the rest of the world with the best mouth-watering pizza! It's located in the old Sacred Heart building on 12th.
I will have to recommend the following specialty pizzas:
BLT, Veg Out, Pesto Vecchio or Ponderosa Stomp
It does seem to take forever for your order to finally come, so go there knowing you'll have plenty of extra time to talk and catch up with friends. Grab a beer, they've got plenty to choose from, and people watch.
I don't recommend sitting in the very back room where the arcade games are...it gets REALLY loud, and you've got every kid under 16 running by your table.
O'Zone is my favorite pizza in Pensacola. Try the Ponderosa Stomp, the Pub Pie, or the Italian Flag. Great stuff. I highly recommend the pizza. On the other hand, service is typically slow. Your best bet is to go out with friends so you have someone to talk to while you waiting, because there will be a wait involved. The wait is particularly bad on Monday, but it's well worth it because every Monday is half-off pizza night for dine in. Can't beat that!
Wow! The Ozone is the BEST place to get pizza. We tryed one time while we were in the area, and couldn't stop going! Before we moved, we made sure the last meal we had was the ozone.
Went there for the first time and got the pizza with Artichokes on it, among other things...It was amazing! Loved the atmosphere and the music:)
My friends and I go here almost every Thursday night! $3.50 personal pizzas for the ladies! Seriously good pizza, toppings that you won't find anywhere else(order cream cheese!), and homemade ranch dressing that is the best ranch you will ever taste! Love it!
This place was not good at all. We split a large pepperoni between the four of us and it was $21. Not a bad price but it wasn't worth it. The pizza took way too long and we were the only people there at the time. It tasted like high school pizza. Seriously, you'd be better off getting a Tombstone pizza than this. Absolutely no flavor. Spend your hard-earned cash elsewhere at The Tuscan Oven or New Yorker Deli. Or you could eat a piece of cardboard. You probably wouldn't be able to taste the difference.
A really enjoyable atmosphere. The service was great and the pizza was awesome. Took a little bit of a wait to get pizza but that's expected when you order a pizza.
The service usually isn't the greatest and it takes FOREVER to get your food but the atmosphere and the pizza are well worth it. It is the best pizza around.
The atmosphere is somthing to behold but it does have a bit of the unusal. Pizza is good and service not bad. If your out for some place with a little bit of character and good pizza this place is for you. Don't forget to check out the bathrooms.
Several friends have recommended this place to us and we finally got around to trying it out. My only regret is not getting there sooner, because the place is top notch. The pizza was amazing and they have a selection of really good beers on tap. Combined with the great service and atmosphere, this place is definitely worth checking out!
Yeah, the pizza tastes okay but does not taste like *real* pizza. It's the standard kinda stuff you get around here.
O'Zone's is okay but the music was too loud when I was there.
Yes, Ozone DOES have roasted garlic. This is by far the best pizza place in Pensacola. Hip joint, great beers on tap and always fabulous service!
the best: the best pizza in penascola
Fantastic Ambiance - No Roasted Garlic!: I love the feel and look of this place - in the basement/first floor of the old Pensacola Hospital. A lot of the original flooring and tile work was saved, and walking down the old corridors to the restroom gives you just the right amount of creeps. The food was decent; quickly served and hot, but I have to admit that it is SINFUL for an Italian joint to NOT have freshly roasted garlic! I highly recommend this place, and need to visit in order to reassess this rating. Try it out - you won't be disappointed.
yuck: this places was not very good that is all i have to say
Some of the best pizza in Pcola: Great beer on tap and excellent pizza!
