I AM STILL IN RAGE ABOUT THEIR OUTSIDE TELLER CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I PULLED UP AT 11:58 AM ON A SATURDAY TO MAKE A DEPOSIT, MENTION
MY CLOCK IS FAST, I WAITED IN LINE A CORVETTE PAST ME AND WENT IN A DIFFERENT LINEN AND GOT SERVICE. BY THE TIME I PULLED UP AT
( 12:01 ON MY CLOCK) THE GIRL TOLD ME THAT I NEED TO COME BACK
TOMORROW OR GO TO THE OVERNIGHT.
SERIOUSLY WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT. I KNOW YOU WANT
TO GET HOME SO DO I WHEN I AM AT WORK BUT I THOUGHT THE CUSTOMER
COMES FIRST.
DID I MENTION THAT MONDAY WAS A HOLIDAY AND I HAD TO WAIT TIL TUESDAY.

For one there ATM?VISA CHECK CARD system goes down when it sprinkles rains, leaving you embrassed at the cashier stand. One refuses to add a person to your account wihtout an original social security card. when yet another CSR does, and then lies about it being POLICY.. They will not deposit checks from anyone not on the account that it is going into. and if they do there is a 10 day hold on the check even if it government or payroll.. VERY BAD BANKING HERE WISH I NEVER CAME HERE!!!!! IM CHANGING BANKS

I continue to be a happy customer. Banking by phone or in person I believe that I receive top notch service. I couldn't be happier!!
