Dazzling Prom Bridal & Pageant

I came into the Dazzling Prom Bridal & Pageant shop with a mission of finding my perfect wedding dress for me and my budget. Wedding date Dec.2009. I am not going to lie the owners approach may come across a little strong, She asked me several questions about what? when? where? why? and how much? I guess you could say it was a crash course in getting to know me and what my needs were. The owner was completely straight forward and honest with me about what I was looking for, which i truely appreciated, she does not beat around the bush by any means. At first I was concerned by her responses to my answers. I wanted my perfect dress to be under $200 and flawless. lol talk about unrealistic. Once I did the math in my head of how much repairs, alterations and the stress i would have to deal with if I went back to either of the other 2 shops I previously visited and bought one of their dresses, I increased my budget. I knew the look I was going for since I previously did some shopping. Based on my answers to her questions she pulled dresses for me to try on and I fell in love with the first one, it fit like a glove (NO FLAWS, NO NEED FOR ALTERATIONS). " I just couldnt fall in love with the first dress." So she helped me to get into several other dresses and helped me to steer away from those dresses that were not in my increased price range. In the end it came down to 2. I put the first dress on again and I had a smile from ear to ear. I actually cried when i looked in the mirror and the veil just put it over the top. Without Martha and her incredible ability to know the questions to ask and to ask them, I dont believe I would have found my perfect dress. Thank you so so so very much.

Many of my friends hav told me about this store so my mom and I decided to go try it out. We were expecting to see a huge warehouse but instead its a little store on the main street. Dissapointed at first, we walked in and stood in aww. There was racks and racks of dresses. Even though the store is small,there are hundreds of dresses in there. We were greeted by a woman who asked me what color dress i wanted, what function i was planning to attend,and if I had any idea what size i was. I told
her that i would like a blue dress and that i had no idea what size i wore. She directed me to a dressing room (yes they were smaller than i would have liked, but there was a place you could set your clothes.) She brought me a dress, just to find what size i wore. When she found my size, she kept the beautiful dresses coming. She helped me zip up my dresses, showed me the proper way to put them on, and gave me tips on how to walk and sit while wearing these huge ball gowns. I found her very helpful and she was able to find me two beautiful perfect dresses that i had a hard time deciding between. She spent hours helping me and was very very patient. Even when my 5 year old sister was starting to get buggy, she was very patient with her. This lady was a pro at finding me exactly what i wanted. Even though the price was a little more than my mom hoped, she was willing to pay it for such a wonderful dress.I was overall pleased with the service that this showed.

I'm very dissapointed by such horrible reviews and i wonder if maybe the owner was just having a bad day like we all do. Every time a friend of mine has been to this store, they were always pleased with the service, and they always come back with a dress that they absolutely adore. I also have to say that you have to remember that some customers do not respect and take care of such fine dresses.There was some customers in the store that were awful and were throwing the dresses around and not handling them with extreme care like they should be. The owner may not be in such a good mood if the customers before were not such good customers. Remember that.

I would tell anyone and everyone to go to this store, to atleast see what all it has to offer. By the way... There's lay a way!

This place was awesome I have Never seen so big of a selection. I found my dream dress in no time.
