    HOW DOES A COMPANY GO BANKRUPT. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. IN TIMES WERE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL MAKE THE DIFFERENCE IN YOUR COMPANY SURVIVING HARD TIMES.UNDERSTANDING WE ARE ALL HUMAN AND HAVE BAD DAYS. YOUR NINTH AVE. STORE IS ABOUT POOR MNGMNT.AND NO REGARD OR APPRECIATION OF WHO HAS BUTTERED YOUR BREAD . OH, WELL WHAT DOES ONE PERSON OPINION COUNT. YOU HAVE JUST RECEIVED YOUR PINK SLIP WITH NO COMPENSATION COMMING WITH IT .. YES, I HAVE FIRED YOU...FROM THE TOP DOG OF YOUR COMPANY TO THE GREETER AT YOUR DOORS. NOT JUST ONE STORE BUT ALL YOUR STORES. IVE DECIDED TO GIVE THE JOB TO A BUSINESS WHO UNDERSTANDS THAT I MAKE OUT THEIR PAY CHECK AND TREATS ME WITH THAT RESPECT THAT WE ALL WANT AS THE BOSS. THE ONE WHO FEEDS SO MANY . HELPS PAY THE BILLS. ALLOWS US TO SHOP AND SPEND THAT MONEY AS THE BOSS TOO. YOU ARE OFF MY PAYROLL AND I WILL ADVISE MY FELLOW CONSUMER BOSSES YOU ARE A BAD INVESTMENT ALL THE WAY AROUND. THE POWER OF ONE, AND YOU THOUGHT I WAS JUST ANOTHER CUSTOMER . I AM.

    Oh Shut Up.. A; Best Buy is about the only decent outlet for medium to high end electronics in Pensacola. B: Ive worked at that store, and people with your attitude are the reason those employees HAVE a bad attitude.. Get a life and dont expect a minimum wage retail employee to lick your boots for your $3.50 battery purchase.

    You are a glowing reflection of the work ethic that exists at Best Buy Inc. I believe it is a direct reflection of you store supervisor, regional manager and Board of Directors. You forget that in this economy, more than ever, customer service is what keeps you employed you little punk...

    I have tried calling many times and they will not answer their phones. I will not shop at a place that has so little regard for potential customs.

    They have the worst customer service and an unreasonable return policy, I will never buy anything in there. Be aware consumers, make sure that what your buying is what you want.

    My family purchased $5000.00 worth of merchandise recently. We asked when we would be able to use our "REWARD POINTS" were told it would take a few weeks for our account to be updated. Nov. 6 we tried to get our "REWARD POINTS". Best Buy clamied they had mailed us our "REWARD POINTS" coupons and they had been redeemed and there was nothing they could do. IT LOOKS LIKE BEST BUY IS RUNNING BOGUS PROMOTIONAL "REWARD POINTS" THEY NEVER INTENDED TO PAYOUT! I WILL NEVER SHOP AT BEST BUY AGAIN!!!!!!!

    If Best Buy accepted the "reward points" without checking the persons' I.D. , then they should be liable and do the right thing by replacing the coupons you never received! COME ON BEST BUY STEP UP TO THE PLATE!
