The reason I am giving chuck's a poor review is cause when we picked up our vehicle they did not buff the scratches out like the estimate form said to be done. They eventually did it while we were waiting at the shop. We got some story about it wasn't on the estimate form. Come to find out upon further review when I got home it was in fact on the form from the insurance company and also on the estimate form from chuck's its self. And wait there is more, when I called to find out if my vehicle would be done the other day they said it would be in a few hrs, after it got out of being detailed. When I asked if the alignment was done, I got once again I wasn't aware it needed one. So there was another day we had to wait for the vehicle. Hey look at the estimate form from the insurance company. It clearly states that u are going to get paid for that to be done. oh yeah on top of all that the week prior to dropping the vehicle off I mentioned all the stuff that needed to be done and made sure that they could do it all there. I'm sorry 2 weeks prior to dropping the vehicle off. because I called them 2 weeks prior and told them that I was going to drop the vehicle off Monday and when we went to drop the vehicle off there was no parts on order. apparently I never called them. I guess I must have been dreaming cause I'm pretty sure I got a that's fine your wife can sign the papers on Monday when the vehicle gets dropped off. So to make a long story short who knows if the alignment got done cause it still pulls to the right, if the parts that needed to be replaced got replaced or repaired and repainted. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO A FRIEND
