User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI am a local to Destin. I have always used Big 10 for all my needs. These out of "towners" needs to stick with Walmart for their needs. Steve and his team at Big 10 has NEVER did any thing to our vehicles without consulting all solutions. Keep up the great job. Your LOCAL customer.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThis place is horrible!! Don't use them. I brought my tire there when I was on vacation and they tried to use fix-a-flat to fix it. They said that they didn't use fix-a-flat but the tire was 3 months old and there would be no other way that fix-a-flat would have ended up in that tire. What a joke!!
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsDon't use THIS BIG 10!: All of my family members have had a horrible experience with this specific store. They lied to my mom and told her they checked her tires and they were fine. When in fact, they hadn't because the car's computer sensor still said something was wrong with it. We ended up taking the car to the Big 10 in FWB and they stated that there was a nail in the tire. The customer service is majorly lacking. They told my brother he would get his car back in 45 min to an hour and when he returned over an hour later the tech got an attitude with him which was completely unecessary because he was only asking if the car was ready yet. This used to be a good store, not anymore. DON'T use them!
