TCfisher is an imbecile. i fish on the american spirit all the time and never have an issue with anything or anyone. the crew is great and they always catch fish. i always have a great time and so does EVERYONE ELSE. maybe you should try to spend more time enjoying life and enjoying fishing instead of going online and bashing the largest and best party boat in Destin. GO AMERICAN SPIRIT!!! WERE TOURNAMENT FISHING!!!

L am a local fella and fish with both American Spirit and the New Florida Girl. Its always a good trip long or short charters. Most times we bring in a good catch. please remember it s fishing not catching . Both boats are well worth the price of the charter. Captains and deck hands are most helpful and safety minded; burgers and snack bar is always GOOD . deck hands are knowledgeable as to size and species limitions . happy fishing and you there as always good luck

Booked with a competitor who was professional enough to call me to tell me that they had changed the trip and gave me plenty of time to find another.

Booked with this boat for an 8 hour trip Sunday May 5th for me and my step son who has never been deep sea fishing.

Filled the cooler, Drove 6 hours from Atlanta and arrived at the dock @ 7:30 A.M. and met several other folks who had booked the trip as well.

At 8 A.M. there was no captain, crew or anyone in the ticket booth. Nobody there received a call to say that the trip was cancelled.

We all got together and scrambled to try and find a trip but there was nothing unless we all came up with 900 - 1000 dollars for a charter.

The total lack of any iota of professionalism or understanding of customer service, especially in tough times is astounding to say the least.

At 10 A.M. before I left Destin I stopped back at the pier and there was a lady in the booth I asked her what happened and she said she didn't know.

I told her there were people waiting and she said "Yeah I heard something about that"

I asked her where the captain was and she said she had no clue.

Seriously, what kind of low rent circus are you running here?

She informed me that I could email the captain which I did and of course have not received any response.

Could you people not have had the decency to inform your patrons that you weren't going to go out or did you just get drunk and pass out in a gutter somewhere?

Your lack of understanding of customer service would be laughable if it didn't ruin my trip and crush my stepson who was looking forward to this.

Folks there are some good folks in Destin who appreciate the fact that you want to spend your hard earned money with them as well as provide you a sucessful and memorable fishing experience I implore you to seek these people out and do not give this disorganization your money.
