    They mess up my registration. Sale took two days, even with a PAL. Did not fill car with fuel or clean car, after telling me both were done. I don't want to deal with them again. I will travel out of the area next time.

    The staff were polite, responsive and informative. They responded to my emails quickly and fully. That said, they really werent willing to work with me on price - they came in way over the price that I asked for (which was reasonable) and then when I said that this was too much - that was the end of communication right there - and I got a better deal at Bill Byrd Kia Panama City who were much more willing to negotiate and made the whole transaction trouble free.
