This is one of the worst places for anyone to dump there grandparents or anyone you care about I would not even let my dogs stay there! The Management is the problem they are nothing but touting children who have no idea how to run the building on top of being totally incompetent they make you feel unwelcome and are totally rude to most of the staff and residents.On a daily basis they harasses people staff included and then raise the already absorbent about of money they ask to say in there facility (on average $3000.00 a month) that's not including any extra care you require.Some of the rooms are moldy where others should just be condemned.I beg that an inspector will search this facility when they least expect it so they don't clean up for the two weeks you might stop by this is what they do there like a parasite in the middle of Pensacola and its wrong that they keep getting away with these less than acceptable violations against humanity please join me in boycotting this sorry excuse for an assisted living thank you.
