User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsTransmission Repair: While having my Transmission overhauled I found that the facility is more than equipped for the job at hand, staff is very knowledgable of most vehicles today. Might have been pricey but I have the satisfaction of knowing that my transmission will be covered by a 3 year nationwide warranty. Would highly recommend Webb's to anyone who ask's for a Transmission shop.
User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsThe worst automotive shop I have ever experienced: While in Fort Walton Beach my vehicle suffered transmission problems. A few people in town recomended several places in town. Webbs was the most popular. I dropped of my vehicle and felt like I was in good hands. A few days went by and my vehicle was not ready, no problem. A few more days went by and still no vehicle. Now it was a problem. What was it? Here it is. Poorly trained mechanics, shody workmanship, a shop in dissarray, children running around the work area, new and used parts all over the place, oil slicks making for a dangerous enviroment, overpriced parts and to top it of the extreme use of obscene language and a transmission that lasted only 18 months. No wonder people are so hesitant to take their vehicles to a repair shop. Webbs gives the automotive repair industry what Jane Fonda did to the U.S. Military.
