User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWould NEVER go to Tuffy's. They are rude, inconsiderate, will overprice you. Try Playground auto service in Ft. Walton if you want a fair price and quality service. The customer service is ridiculously poor and the management RUDE!!! They refused to give me a ball park figure on the cost to replace a fuel pump and then overcharged me $250. After complaining quite loudly, they did reduce my charge $250. They treated an elderly lady who was on crutches equally in a rude manner and refused to answer simple questions for her. Bottom line - go ANYWHERE else!!!!!
