User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThe last time I went to buffalo wild wings I had a server that was very rude to me. It took here 20-30 mins for her to come to my seat. I was seating at the bar. If you have been to buffalo wild wings, you would know it should not have taken her that long to come to me. The service was subpar, but the food was worse. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. To be honest there was barely enough chicken on the sandwich for me to tast. The server never came back to me to ask if I was enjoying my meal. I asked to see the manager. When the manager came to me and I explained to him about the service (the food was the last thing on my mind at that point) all he had to say was that server was having some family problems and that I should understand. I said if my employee was having problems that affected her job I would have let her go home. He got very angry and treated me even worse than the server. I later learned that her was the owner. It was one of the worst experience I have had as a customer. I will never go back to that buffalo wild wings. The service was bad the food was bad and the manager/owner was even worse.

This is a fun place to watch ballgames, eat wings, drink a few beers and hang out with friends. Yes, they get busy on Thursdays sometimes due to 25 cent beers and 60 cent boneless wings and the service can be slower than normal, but all in all this is an exciting sports bar like atmosphere. Oh, and the NTN Trivia rocks... Don't miss it!

I love this place.. Order two ways.. Go to the front as you come in and pick up a 'buzzer' for them to bring the wings to you, or go to the table/Bar and order from a server. a lot of TV's a lot of NTN controls, and A LOT of flavors for the wings and some real nice non-wings as well.
