User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsAwful experience-: I left Bob Tylers yesteday dumbfounded. My dad, myself and sister went to look at Toyota's available. It took forever to get to see 2 different models and find out colors. The whole experience was very demeaning. The "Game" was very obvious. We were told when to sit and when to stand. We gave them 3 plus hours of our time and they ran credit on sister. We were serious. We just wanted to see how far apart we were and never could get an straight answer. The only reason I allowed myself to be in that situation was because my 70 year old father and sister were there. I have been in sales for years and I also am a business owner--I can not believe how demeaning the whole experience was and how unprofessional the Sales Procedures were. I see why people drive 100 miles to give their money to someone who treats you like a human being.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsSuzuki Beware: Thou warned, we tried dealing honestly for a new car. Suzuki sales manager and consultant mislead and deceive. They are insincere and show little intent to treat customer with fairness, honesty and respect. Entire chain of leadership and Upper level management condone shifty business practices by their sales staff.
