User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsRead all the reviews and was stoked! We went on a Sunday like the last reviewer, and found they don't open till Noon so why they had a shift change an hour 1/2 later...? Anyway it was awesome! Game was on, beer on ice, hot wings..Heaven! Not a deluxe place, but felt homey to me. Friendly service and funny too! Those wings were HOT. My buddy had an awsome burger w/cheese and bacon. We plan on making this our regular hang-out!
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsAWFUL... My husband, myself and another couple went to Buffalo Reef's after I read all the great reviews on this board. We all were terribly disappointed. We arrived on a Sunday about 1:30. To start with the first waitress took our drink order, delivered the drinks and said she was leaving because of a shift change and we were to get another waitress. The first waitress continued to wait on another table for some time and sweep the floors. The second waitress was 'ok' but not very friendly. The place looks like and old converted Pizza Hut but very run down. Smokey, water stained ceiling tiles and not so clean looking tables, chairs and walls. We don't consider ourselves overly-picky eaters but these wings were terrible. The other couple ordered stuffed jalapenos and said they were 'ok'. My husband and I ordered the large chili cheese fries. They were served in a large bowl, enough for a family of at least 4. The fries, chili were 'ok' but not much cheese. It was sliced cheese also. We were given paper fry bowls to eat out of and little plastic forks to eat with. The two guys ordered boneless hot wings. Those wings looked more like chicken nuggets with the sauce served on the side. They were dry and overcooked. We two gals ordered the hot wings (bone-in & dipped in sauce). To start with the sauce was not hot but mild at best. They were also overcooked. We ate a few but decided they weren't worth taking with us and declined a two-go box. We had ordered 3 cokes and one water. The two checks were about 30.00 & 37.00 each. Don't waste your money. Just can't understand how so many people thinks this place is sooo great. Last time I read reviews and recommend a place to friends.
